You alone are the explorer of your inner world. Of all the ways to unfold your inner potential, by far the most powerful is to use the flow of evolution. Evolution isn’t just a theory but a force that has been working in every cell of your body since you were born. As a child, you experienced evolution as a process of growth that you didn’t have to choose – your body was programmed to evolve from the infant state.
The main focus of your life may have been earning a living, raising a family, and exploring the world “out there.” Even so, now you can become skilled at building the self you actually want by choosing to evolve. The force of evolution is working for you if you can do what came naturally as a child.
As an adult, however, evolution is a choice. The key is simple. There is only one thing you need to do to align with the force of evolution: Participate in your own consciousness. Pay attention to being alert and aware. As you do, you will develop new skills in awareness that will affect every choice you make in life. The most evolved choice is the one that benefits you the most in body, mind, and spirit. You can’t decide how to make such ideal choices using only your intellect. Only awareness knows what is good for awareness.
***Updated – This series is finally complete! If you haven’t seen it yet – you’re missing out 😉 ***
AngelicView: This beautiful series is one that I think will please our scientists and our spiritualist alike. The series is composed of ten very short videos. They are currently up to posting of Part 8. When they finish the series, I’ll add the additional videos to the bottom of this post and stick it to the top of the site. Enjoy 🙂
“Perhaps one of the most powerful keys to determining our experience of the months ahead comes from a shift in thinking that invites us beyond asking, “What can I get from the world that exists,” to asking, “What can I offer to the world that is awakening?” The way we answer this question as individuals becomes our collective answer to what comes next.” ~Gregg Braden
If anyone in the last decades has had a major impact in the holistic medicine it must be Dr Deepak Chopra.
Born and raised in India, he had his medical education in the Unites States. It was after a personal meeting with the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi that he was persuaded to study the 4000-year-old traditional Indian Ayurveda.
Ayurveda is Sanskrit for the ‘the science of life’. After his meeting with the Maharishi he went to take the train where he met a friend who handed him a book about Ayurveda.
One and one makes two and Deepak knew there was a message here.
According to Vedanta, there are only two symptoms of enlightenment, just two indications that a transformation is taking place within you toward a higher consciousness.
The first symptom is that you stop worrying. Things don’t bother you anymore. You become light-hearted and full of joy.
The second symptom is that you encounter more and more meaningful coincidences in your life, more and more synchronicities. And this accelerates to the point where you actually experience the miraculous.
~ Deepak Chopra, Synchrodestiny: Harnessing the Infinite Power of Coincidence to Create Miracles ~
First of all I will talk about my thoughts around “enlightenment”. How does one know if they are “enlightened”?
In my opinion, true enlightenment cannot happen, physically, while we inhabit a 3D body. It is physically impossible. Why would something that doesn’t seem to have to do with the physical body depend upon its physicality to be or not be so? My definition of enlightenment has to do with that. I believe that we are enlightened after we die. We become one with the universe and all things great and small. We re-learn everything we forgot when the veil dropped. We can literally have very close to all knowledge – and it would certainly feel to us as though we do have all knowledge – available in the universe. That, to me, is enlightenment.
In the NDE, once the experiencer has come back to their body, they can feel that knowledge they had gained while on the other side of the veil to be slipping away from them. They can only retain a small portion of what they knew. And they know it. They realize that what they once had – all that understanding – is gone.
